Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning and pre-construction phases of development projects.
- Manage and instruct consultant teams, ensuring timely submission of planning applications.
- Conduct planning appraisals and develop strategic planning approaches.
- Procure necessary supporting information to facilitate the planning process.
- Maintain effective relationships with local authorities, agents, and potential partners.
- Drive project progress, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in planning and pre-construction phases of development projects.
- Strong understanding of legal, planning, development, technical, and commercial constraints.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Experience in managing consultant teams and leading planning applications.
