Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector.
- Strong understanding of traditional build methods for houses and apartments.
- Proficiency in CVR reporting and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
