You will be providing visible health and safety leadership and support on site for the project
This role will suit a proactive person that is adept at understanding the needs of a team. You will be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to present information to different audiences at project and subcontractors level.
Your responsibilities will be acting as health and safety advisor on one project, to keep projects abreast of new developments and apply professional standards to ensure best practice. You will providing health and safety advice to site and project managers to assist them in achieving business objectives.
You will be in charge of the development of the health, safety and welfare management system, its implementation and audit and measuring and monitoring health, safety and welfare performance. You will overseeing health, safety and welfare risk management, health, safety and welfare incident reporting and investigation. As person you will need to hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or equivalent.
