Constructive moves are recruiting for an award-winning housing developer that create high profile housing developments within the North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions. The company are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a mixture of existing traditional, housing developments and low-rise apartments schemes as well as new sites that are in the pipeline. Schemes will range from fifty - two hundred units per phase/development.
Due to the busy nature of the region, you will need to demonstrate the ability to run your own developments at various stages of construction.
