The company is looking for an an experience Commercial Manager to work on multiple prestigious infrastructure projects in Central London. NEC contract experience would be a benefit. Reporting to the Ops Director, your main role will be to manager the commercial function. Duties will include estimating, developing and reviewing target costs, forecast and cash flow analysis. Duties will include assisting in all aspects of the financial control of the project including valuations, measurements and cost reports, attending meetings and ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken. In addition you will also co-ordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties in order to ensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required times.
The ideal Commercial Manager will have up to 10 years practical experience and will have gained some experience with a Sub-Contractor and preferably with experience of engaging on large scale infrastructure projects. This Project Management position requires excellent communication and management skills to co-ordinate input from each department, to maximise the efficiency and add value to the project. You will be fully conversant with the cost and be able to plan activities safely, having direct responsibility for all activities carried out on site and must be able to implement the business management system procedures and provide a professional approach to all aspects of the project.
