James has been involved with construction recruitment for over 20 years, working for a number of leading consultancies during this time. As an experienced construction recruiter, James helped to establish a number of contractors desks giving him a sound knowledge and vast experience which he shares with the team, candidates and clients alike.

Working with both temporary contracts and permanent placements, James now primarily focuses on working with specialist sub-contractors including exteriors and interiors within the Built Environment. What he particularly enjoys are the trusted relationships built with clients, colleagues and candidates and using that understanding and experience of the construction market to deliver a quality service time and time again.
