Surface Repair Technician

This leading residential developer/Contractor, based in London is looking for an experienced Surface Repair Technician to work on issues arising during the build process on new build Residential schemes.

As a surface repair specialist you will be involved in the following repairs, Laminate repairs, Ceramics repairs, Sanitary repairs and resurfacing. French polishing/wood repairs and lacquering and site spraying using the latest HVLP spraying equipment. Repairs and resurfacing curtain walls and damaged doors and Stone/brick/tile repairs, UPVC/GRP/Acrylic plastic repairs, Powercoated surfaces, Cladding repairs and resurfacing and glass polishing.

They are looking for practical and good with their hands and have imaginative with the ability to think outside the box and resolve problems. You must have good people skills and able to communicate well with others. Have a good understanding of colours and be able to match colours and a good eye for detail and able to recreate patterns and colours. Have a current and valid CSCS card for the construction industry and possibly a NVQ Level in Damage Repairs.

You will be provide with a van, kit and petrol card to complete your role to the highest standards the company works to.
