Lead MEP Manager

Constructive Moves are working for top 5 residential developer, who is actively looking for a Lead MEP Manager to oversee all the MEP works on a major new build residential scheme in North East London.

The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) requirements for the development of the site ensuring the provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective work, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service and delivering within the required timescales.

You will manage the development of the Design package with the Technical and Consultant team and provide support the Commercial team in the review and procurement of the associated packages relating to the MEP.

You will manage the day to day running of the MEP requirements for the development and provide clear direction to those working on the construction site ensuring their responsibilities and targets are communicated and understood.

You will motivate, support, and manage directly employed site staff, providing toolbox talks, training, coaching, and support as required to improve performance and all the way through to commission of all the services.
