Block Manager

Constructive Moves are sourcing for a Block manager to join a successful construction team for a new scheme in North London.

As Block Manager, you will be responsible for running your own block from externals through to internals.

The ideal candidate needs to have experience of leading blocks of apartment schemes and with a high attention to detail. A good understanding of the construction process from inception to completion is preferred, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Duties may include:

Managing the team & sub-contractors.
Chair weekly progress meetings.
Health & safety compliance.
Commercially aware of budgets and scope of works.
Programming works/ and prioritising work as required
Involved with the design team
Adhering to Q&A Checks
Liaising with clients & consultants, architects.

Salaries will be subject to background and experience and in addition a benefits package will be offered that includes, travel/car allowance, bonus, pension and healthcare.
